By using our website, Acadianwoods.com and purchasing our custom-made archery bows and related products such as longbows, recurves and related products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or purchasing any Products.

3.1 Custom Orders: Our Products are custom-made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot
be canceled or modified. Please ensure that all customizations and specifications are accurate
before placing your order.
3.2 Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in U.S dollars and are subject to change without
notice. We accept various forms of payment including cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard,
AmEx, PayPal, Venmo …. Payment must be made in full before product is finished and shipped.
3.3 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our
Products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are error-free. The color, design, and
specifications of the Products may vary slightly from what is displayed on the Site.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping: We offer shipping options as detailed on our Site. Shipping times are estimated
and may vary depending on the destination and other factors. We are not responsible for any
delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4.2 Delivery: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If the delivery
information you provide is incorrect and the Product is returned to us, you will be responsible for
any additional shipping costs.
4.3 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to you upon delivery.

5.1 Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our Products, we do not offer returns or
refunds unless the Product is defective or incorrect. Please inspect your Product upon delivery
and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
5.2 Defective Products: If you receive a defective Product, please contact us within 15 days of
receipt. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue. If a Product is
deemed defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

designs, is the property of Acadian Woods Archery or its licensors and is protected by
